Brief Introduction
Semi Automatic Cookies Production Line suits for small space and lower budget facotry. it baked by the hot wind rotary oven machine.

#1. The machine is more concenient to operate and switching among different products can be carried out by pressing the corresponding pushbuttons.

#2. The lifting mechanism adopts high-precision linear sliding rails, so as to make the machine structure firm and running stable.

#3. The hopper, rotary drum and discharging outlet are easy to assemble and disassemble.

#4. With balanced discharing, the products have highr quality.

Making cake process:
Mixing --Forming--Baking--Cooling--Packing.
Each machine function:
1) Mixer: mixing the flour, egg, water , sugar, cream into the tank and mixing
2) Cookies forming machine: forming differenet shapes cookies.
3) Hot wind rotary oven: gas/electric/diesel rotary oven for baking walnut biscuit. 12*/32/64/128 trays suits for your requirement.
4) Cooling line: natural cooling by the belt conveyor or cooling walnut biscuit on the trolleys.
5)Packing machine: various packing type available.
